Welcome to Sadie and Zack Som's 6th Birthday Project! Here we are collecting birthday messages, graphics and videos that Sadie and Zack will get the opportunity to see on their birthday! The kids love reading everyone's kind words and seeing all the amazing fan art and videos, and being able to see them on their birthday will make it even more of a special day for them! What is a Birthday Project?
A birthday project is a collection of messages, videos and graphics sent in by a group of fans for the special persons celebrating their birthdays to receive as a gift. In this case it will be Sadie and Zack :) Fans can submit anything they choose, and are allowed to submit to more than one category should they wish as long as they follow the rules listed below. Sadie and Zack's birthday project will be displayed on Sadie Lady as part of the birthday celebrations when the twins turn 6 on January 30th!
Rules
* No inappropriate language, any messages, graphics or videos found to be inappropriate will not be included
* All images used must come from Sadie Lady
* Please make sure your submission is appropriate for six year olds
* You may submit to each category if you wish
* You can submit individual messages, graphics and/or videos for Sadie and Zack or do ones to both of them together
* Please fill out the entire form, this helps us stay organized
