Then in your post paste the direct link of each image e.g. http://img20.imageshack.us/img20/8657/43058694.png
Highlight it and click on the 'Img' button above
And it should end up like this:

Instead of copying the direct URL PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU post the 'Thumbnail for forums (1)' URL

Then all you have to do for posting is copy the link e.g. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=whoxxDM6GeY
Highlight it and then click on the 'youtube' button above.
It will then look llike this:
